Privacy policy

How we process the personal data you provide through this website, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018.

What data we process and why

Contact form and email.

Controller
ComplAI Systems, S.L., NIF [PENDIENTE: NIF], C/ Pintor Casanova, 16, 03801 Alcoy (Alicante), Spain. Contact: contacto@complai.systems.
Data
Full name, organization, email address, phone number, country, area, how you heard about us, the content of your inquiry and any documents you attach. If you reach the form from a link with campaign data in the address (utm parameters), or from the assistant, the self-assessment or the Annex 22 checklist, that origin too; nothing is stored in your browser to know it. The documents arrive inside the email we receive and are not stored anywhere else.
Purpose
To reply to your inquiry and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal.
Legal basis
Your consent, given when you submit the form, and taking pre-contractual steps at your request.
Retention
While the inquiry is being handled and, afterwards, for the limitation periods of any liabilities that may arise.
Recipients
Data is not shared with third parties unless required by law. [PENDIENTE: form and email delivery provider, and whether there is any transfer outside the European Economic Area].

Artificial intelligence assistant

What happens to what you type in the assistant.

What it is
An artificial intelligence system, not a person. It answers with what this website publishes and helps you get in touch with the team. It can make mistakes.
Data
What you type in the assistant. Don't type personal data or confidential information: to get in touch, use the form, which asks for your consent.
Provider
What you type is sent to Anthropic, PBC (United States), which generates the answer as the service provider. According to its policy, it does not use this data to train its models and deletes it within 30 days at most. Safeguard for the international transfer: [PENDIENTE: Anthropic's Data Privacy Framework participation or standard contractual clauses].
Retention
ComplAI does not keep the conversations: the server only records how many messages are exchanged. Your IP address is used, without being stored, to limit the number of messages per hour. The conversation stays in your browser while the tab is open (asistente-conversacion) and is gone when you close it.
Legal basis
Your consent, given by typing in the assistant. You can stop using it at any time.

Your rights

How to exercise them.

What you can request
Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability of your data, and withdrawal of your consent at any time.
How
By writing to contacto@complai.systems and stating the right you are exercising.
Complaints
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Cookies and browser storage

What is kept in your browser, and when.

Preferences
The site keeps the preferences you choose in your browser, using local storage rather than cookies: the language (lang), the light or dark theme (theme), dismissed notices in the top bar and your ticks on the Annex 22 checklist (anexo22-checklist). They never leave your browser and are not used to identify you, and you can delete them in your browser settings. Because they follow a choice you make, they need no consent.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies, either its own or third-party ones, and uses no analytics tools.
External resources
Fonts and every other resource are served from this same domain: the site loads no third-party content.
